Transformative Monitoring for Enhanced Equity Portal The TransMonEE portal presents socioeconomic data on the condition of children and women in Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CCE/CIS).
In 1992, UNICEF’s Innocenti Research Centre established the TransMonEE database as a repository of a broad range of indicators on the condition of children. The data is used by government institutions, civil society, donors, and academia; they support evidence-based decision-making, and make it possible to analyze social policies and understanding the current trends in education, health, water, sanitation, and child protection. As a contribution to these efforts, Community Systems Foundation (CSF) created and hosted an online adaptation of the database and developed interactive data dashboards to track UNICEF CEE/CIS priorities over time. In 2018, CSF helped counterparts design a complete portal to manage data, dashboards, content publications and events that have occurred throughout the year. In addition, CSF assisted with support and maintenance of the TransMonEE portal.
