With the DEA and the Ministry of Education, Family Policy and Lifelong Learning, OpenEMIS staff aims to support the country in providing electronic access to the most recent education data to enable the government to use data to make informed decisions. During the in-country mission, OpenEMIS staff met with relevant stakeholders as well as school boards to understand a comprehensive status of education in Aruba. This helped OpenEMIS staff understand that the system will be configured to inform priority areas, including but not limited to, repeaters, languages, state of infrastructure, teacher qualifications and teacher training.
